Last 4 Sales in St Tropez
All of the 4 last sales in St Tropez occured after Hurricane Wilma ripped through Boca Raton in late October, 2005.
Prices (but NOT sales) were rising dramatically until that benchmark storm held up a "STOP" sign. That put the skids on what everyone agreed was a raging Sellers' market (with double-digit increases in home prices year over year).
The most recent sale was at a discount of $87k from the original list price.
